What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept payment via KiplePay Payment Gateway. They will accept credit cards, debit cards, FPX and eWallets in Malaysia. Overseas credit cards are acceptable too.
Can I pay with a deposit, or prepayment?
- No. All payments are in full.
I’ve been charged. Do I need to do anything?
- You will get an email notification from Big Tours and also from our payment gateway provider KiplePay
